Job summary

Everest Commerce Group B.V. is seeking a leader to build and run our people function, spanning recruitment, payroll coordination and employee administration. You will partner with company leaders, finance and external advisers to create reliable payroll processes and a strong working environment.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate, confidential records while supporting development and day-to-day people matters.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across recruitment and people operations.
• Experience coordinating payroll and employee administration with attention to accuracy.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with leaders, finance and external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment from role definition to interviews, candidate assessment and offer coordination, in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate accurate, timely payroll with finance and payroll providers, ensuring reliable inputs for salaries and changes.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee records, maintaining confidential information.
• Support leaders with feedback, development and everyday people matters, involving advisers as needed.
