Job summary

Haskoning is seeking an HR Administrator to handle payroll-related tasks, HR policies inquiries, and provide information to international employees and customers. The role involves processing employee data changes daily and supporting HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to knowledge base improvements, and work closely with the People Services team in a dynamic, international consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM / MER / business studies or similar.
• Availability of 36-40 hours per week.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; Dutch language skills preferred.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of AFAS Profit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR-related enquiries via cases and telephone.
• Process a diverse range of employee data changes in our HR core system daily.
• Support end-to-end HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, coordinating with APAC teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with managers, employees, People Relations Partners and SMEs.
• Identify improvements to processes and knowledge articles to enhance service quality.
• Work effectively within the People Services team.
