Job summary

Onemeeting is seeking a proactive People & Culture Intern in the Netherlands to assist the HR team with personnel administration, recruitment, and culture initiatives. You will work with four colleagues, join weekly planning meetings, and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

The role supports a dynamic, hybrid workplace and contributes to a positive work environment. You will help with employment contracts, onboarding, internal communications, and events, while learning about employment

Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate in HR, people & culture, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Interest in personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR-related questions from location directors and department heads (e.g., collective labor agreement, vacancies).
• Support personnel administration tasks such as drawing up employment contracts and letters.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee communications via internal platforms.
• Contribute to culture programs and team events.
• Help develop and implement People & Culture policies and internal communications.
