Job summary

Sonion NL in Hoofddorp is offering a People & Culture internship. You will support the People & Culture Manager and business partner, helping to make the workplace attractive and high performing. You will work on daily processes, and contribute to projects across employer branding, learning & development, and lifecycle activities.

We seek students in HRM or Business Administration who can start in February 2027 for at least 5 months, 3–5 days per week. English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards Bachelor or Master within HRM/Business Administration or related.
• Available to start February 2027.
• Available for at least 5 months for 3-5 days/week.
• Affinity with HR topics.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Organization and coordination skills.
• English language is a must; Dutch language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in diverse P&C projects and daily operations.
• Topics include employer branding, learning & development, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Recruitment of interns and onboarding of new employees.
