Job summary

Monday Merch in Rotterdam is offering an HR & Office Management Internship to help build and scale an international HR function in a fast-growing startup. You will work closely with the Head of HR and contribute to onboarding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and HR process improvements from day one.

• Assist with contract administration, onboarding docs, and HR processes.
• Support HR workflows and policies standardisation and data accuracy.
