Job summary

Dott in Amsterdam is seeking a People Analytics & Development Partner (Level 8) to drive data-informed decisions across People & Culture. You will own the analytics function, build leadership dashboards, and translate questions into actionable programmes.

You will also shape Learning & Development, design scalable journeys, measure impact, and partner with managers to foster a coaching culture. The role blends strategic partnerships with hands-on analytics in a fast-paced mobility company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Analytics, HRBP or L&D roles.
• Experience with modern HRIS platforms (Deel, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob).
• Background in mobility, logistics, or fast-paced industries.
• Strong data skills and impact-focused learning design.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Analytics function, providing proactive guidance and insights on people matters.
• Design and run our engagement and pulse surveys; translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with managers to embed a coaching culture and measure learning impact.
