Job summary

TomTom is seeking a senior People product leader to shape and deliver L&D, talent management and internal mobility across a global organisation. You will translate workforce needs into clear priorities, drive adoption and align stakeholders from executives to teams.

You will use AI responsibly to personalise learning, build scalable solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch, measuring impact with people data.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in L&D, talent management or organisational development in a global environment.
• Translating business needs into scalable upskilling and learning solutions.
• Knowledge of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead cross-functional product work across L&D, talent management, skills and internal mobility.
• Translate needs into product priorities, roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Design and improve People products using product management, service design and research methods.
• Lead delivery from discovery to launch with roadmap, prioritisation and adoption.
• Measure impact using learning and business data to guide decisions.
