Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands seeks an Assembly Technician to join a high‑tech production team. You will assemble, solder and inspect PCBs in a modern, clean environment, following digital work instructions and IPC standards.

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and digital work instructions.
• Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and inspect products in a modern, clean environment following digital work instructions.
• Place electronic components onto PCBs based on work instructions or drawings.
• Prepare and pre-assembly tasks such as cutting, bending, and trimming components.
• Perform quality control by inspecting PCBs according to IPC standards.
• Handle soldering tasks and assemble/disassemble PCBs per work instructions.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and safety while learning new techniques.
