Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands is seeking an SMMA Operator to keep the SMD production line running. You will operate machines, load feeders, and ensure quality, working in a two-shift schedule within a healthy, innovative company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical production environment.
• Completed technical MBO education, e.g. electronics.

Responsibilities

• Place components on printed circuit boards using an SMD machine.
• Ensure the production line runs efficiently and within the schedule.
• Collaborate with planners and engineers and report to SMMA team leaders.
• Load feeders with correct components and set up/process machines.
• Resolve malfunctions and correct process deviations.
• Maintain and clean machines and work areas as required.
