Job summary
Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a detail-oriented Gluing and Coating Employee for its Netherlands production. You will glue, coat, assemble and inspect printed circuit boards with electronic components, operating in a two-shift schedule and contributing to reliable products for industries like semiconductor and healthcare.
You will communicate with colleagues and escalation paths, using basic computer tools to log data.
Qualifications
- MBO working and thinking level.
- Experience reading drawings and following work instructions.
- A precise, quality-focused and proactive working attitude.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to work structurally in a two-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Carefully assembling, gluing and coating printed circuit boards according to work instructions, drawings and IPC standards.
- Use equipment such as a dispenser, hand tools and coating machines; inspect own work.
- Register errors, hours and production-order data in the data systems.
- Collaborate with team leader and Quality/Engineering on questions or deviations.
- After onboarding (~3 months), perform independent gluing, coating and assembly tasks.
