Job summary

Mach Technology is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our Maastricht production team. You will perform manual soldering, placement, and fastening of electronic components, inspect and test parts, and ensure adherence to IPC/ESD safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manual soldering, placement, and fastening of components.
• Inspecting, measuring, and testing parts and assemblies.
• Performing rework and touch-up activities.
• Working according to established work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations (such as ESD and IPC requirements).
• Identifying and reporting product or material discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
