Job summary

A technology firm in Son en Breugel is seeking an Electronic Assembler to work in a dynamic and healthy production environment. Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and inspect electronic products.
• Follow digital work instructions and use up-to-date assembly techniques.
• Place electronic components onto PCBs according to drawings.
• Prepare and pre-assembly tasks: cutting, bending, trimming components.
• Inspect soldering process and PCBs according to IPC standards.
• Contribute to quality control of completed PCBs.

• The work takes place in two shifts:
• Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

Your Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in a modern, clean environment assembling, soldering, and inspecting our products. You follow digital work instructions and use up‑to‑date assembly techniques suited to a high‑tech production setting.

You will be responsible for placing electronic components onto printed circuit boards (“stuffing” PCBs). You do this based on work instructions or technical drawings. You ensure all preparations and pre‑assembly tasks are completed, such as cutting, bending, and trimming components. In addition to assembly and mounting, you also handle part of the quality control by inspecting completed PCBs according to the work instructions. Quality is our top priority.

Your Tasks Also Include:

• Manually placing components on printed circuit boards.
• Positioning PCBs in soldering fixtures, applying auxiliary tools, and following the correct process settings.
• Inspecting and repairing the soldering process according to IPC standards.
• Performing soldering tasks and assembling/disassembling PCBs according to work instructions.
