Job summary

Neways Electronics International in the Netherlands is looking for a hands-on Gluing and Coating Employee. You glue, coat, assemble and inspect printed circuit boards with electronic components, following clear work instructions and IPC standards.

The role operates in a two-shift schedule and your teamwork directly supports reliable products for our healthcare and semiconductor customers. You work accurately, communicate well with colleagues, and escalate questions to quality or engineering when

Qualifications

• MBO working level and thinking.
• Experience reading drawings and following work instructions.
• Precise, quality-focused and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good Dutch and English language skills.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, glues and coats printed circuit boards per IPC standards and work instructions.
• Inspect own work with a strong focus on quality.
• Use equipment such as a dispenser, hands tools and coating machines.
• Register errors and hours in the systems and maintain records.
• Contribute to an orderly workplace and to 5S, environment and quality planning.
• After onboarding (~3 months), perform tasks independently and seek support when needed.
