Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie Pastry to lead the pastry section with craftsmanship and innovation. You will ensure every creation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation, while training team members and maintaining hygiene across stations.

Qualifications

• Creativity, precision and a passion for pastry.
• Experience in a high-quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge of current pastry trends and ability to apply them.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations within the pastry section.
• Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets.
• Training and guiding team members in pastry techniques and standards.
