Job summary

Songtradr is seeking a Partnership Director for the DACH region, based in Amsterdam. You will drive revenue through strategic music initiatives and platform sound solutions for global brands and agencies.

Collaborate with Head of Partnerships Europe, manage RFI/RFPs, and build high-impact alliances while traveling internationally. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape our growth trajectory in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven BD or sales experience in music/creative industries.
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a robust lead generation roadmap leveraging your network to drive growth.
• Identify and pursue high-impact partnership openings for scale.
• Architect and negotiate sophisticated agreements with top brands and agencies.
• Track KPIs to measure collaboration success.
• Lead RFI/RFPs and client pitches internally and externally.
