Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Manager, Field Enablement for the EMEA region to lead a team of Field Enablement Managers supporting Sales, SDR, and Customer Success. You will shape enablement strategy, coach leaders, and drive data-driven programs across markets.

You\'ll partner with regional leadership and global Enablement to translate priorities into actionable plans, ensuring programs meet high standards and accelerate ramp for sellers and CSMs across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales enablement or field enablement roles with leadership experience.
• Experience hiring, onboarding and scaling a team in fast-growing environments.
• Deep understanding of EMEA GTM landscape across multiple markets/languages.

Responsibilities

• Transition field enablement to data-driven business partners and coaches.
• Coach and develop Field Enablement Managers through 1:1s, goals, and career plans.
• Own workforce planning for the EMEA team, including recruiting and onboarding.
• Set enablement strategy for EMEA in partnership with Sales/CS leadership.
• Maintain a consistent quality bar for delivery through calibration and reviews.
