Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Manager, Field Enablement to lead the regional Field Enablement team across EMEA. You will coach and grow Field Enablement Managers, translate regional priorities into enablement plans, and partner with Sales, SDR, and CS leadership to drive performance.

You’ll establish standards, use data to shape priorities, and collaborate with global teams to ensure high-quality enablement programs that accelerate ramp and retention across Datadog’s fastest-growing region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role.
• Direct experience managing people, or clear readiness to step into people management.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA GTM landscape across multiple markets/languages.
• Track record of partnering with senior leadership to translate priorities into enablement strategy.
• Coaching certification or demonstrated commitment to coaching and development.
• Data-driven approach using sales performance data and field feedback.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus; willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Field Enablement team’s transition to data-driven partners and coaches.
• Manage, coach, and develop your team with 1:1s, goals, and career growth plans.
• Oversee workforce planning for the EMEA team, including recruiting and onboarding.
• Set enablement strategy and priorities for EMEA in partnership with Sales, SDR, and CS leadership.
• Establish and maintain a consistent quality bar for delivery, including facilitation and program effectiveness.
• Serve as the strategic partner for EMEA leaders, turning field listening into actionable insights.
• Maintain alignment with global Field Enablement standards and report impact to stakeholders.
