Rituals is seeking a Parttime Treasury & Insurance Specialist (24 hours per week) to join our Finance team in Amsterdam. You will manage the international insurance program and coordinate bank and company guarantees for stores, working with Real Estate, landlords, banks and brokers to balance protection and business momentum.

You will also support governance activities like KYC and help optimize processes using tools including AI where relevant, in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating international insurance programs.
• Experience handling bank and company guarantees in real estate contexts.
• Strong stakeholder communication in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage international insurance program across property, liability, directors’ liability etc. and coordinate with local brokers.
• Coordinate and assess bank and company guarantee requests, review lease-related documents.
