Job summary

Rituals is seeking a finance professional for a part-time Treasury & Insurance Specialist role in Amsterdam. You will oversee the international insurance program and coordinate bank and company guarantees for our stores, while collaborating with Real Estate, banks, and external advisers to ensure compliant, robust solutions.

You’ll bring 2+ years in treasury, banking, insurance, or related areas, review contractual docs, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, bank guarantees, insurance, real estate or related area.
• Comfortable reviewing financial, contractual and compliance documentation.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the international insurance program across property, liability, directors’ liability, transport and travel.
• Coordinate bank and company guarantee requests for stores, reviewing wording and lease docs.
• Collaborate with Real Estate teams, landlords, banks and advisers to resolve questions across markets.
