Job summary

Rituals is seeking an IT Administration Specialist to keep our financial and administrative IT processes clear, accurate and running smoothly across our global operations in Amsterdam. You will work within the Enterprise IT team and collaborate with the Tech & Data Financial Control group to ensure procurement and accounting workflows are compliant.

You will create purchase orders, follow up on invoices, manage hardware allocations and administration across departments and stores.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and financial administration processes within Tech & Data
• Check whether purchase orders are set up correctly according to Finance, procurement and Tech & Data standards
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on invoices and support suppliers with payment-related questions
• Administer bulk purchases and assign IT hardware and assets to the correct entity or store
• Document and improve financial IT processes
• Support reporting, the annual budget cycle and support cost-saving initiatives based on spend trends
