MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West is seeking an Overnight Front Office Agent (f/m/d) to welcome guests during the night, handle late check-ins and early departures, and ensure a smooth guest journey.

You will work in an international environment, support other areas like breakfast and light F&B, and use hotel systems such as ASSD, Fidelio or SIHOT. The role offers 32 hours per week with a 25% night surcharge and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or similar guest-facing role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during the night and ensure a memorable stay.
• Perform late check-ins and early check-outs efficiently.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel and city.
• Handle invoicing, reporting, and other front office tasks.
• Conduct regular hotel inspections for safety and smooth operations.
• Support breakfast, bar and light F&B tasks when needed.
