Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Group is seeking a Front Desk - Receptionist (f/m/d) for MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a memorable arrival experience.

You will work in a diverse, international team with variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality exposure and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and frontline roles.
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer inquiries, assist guests with directions and local recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance; handle emails and inquiries.
