Job summary

MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel is seeking an F&B Supervisor (f/m/d) for a part-time role. You will organize breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar shifts, hire and train staff, and ensure smooth operations with a focus on guest experience.

You will contribute to revenue growth across all subdepartments, support flexible scheduling, and participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with MEININGER standards. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in tourism / F&B / hospitality.
• Fluent English; local language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Efficient and structured way of working.
• Independent and flexible in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Organize service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar sections.
• Hire, train and coach team members; support shift coverage.
• Control breakfast list and payment checks; ensure buffet is stocked.
• Prepare for next shift and day (mise en place).
• Seek to increase revenue across subdepartments in collaboration with management.
