Job summary

Medtronic plc in the Netherlands is seeking a Supervisor for the CVNS Outbound Department to lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely shipment of thousands of parcels daily across Europe. You will supervise across two shifts with a strong focus on safety and quality, coordinating with other supervisors to maintain efficient operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance monitoring, and a commitment to high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' leadership experience in logistics.
• Knowledge about KPI management.
• Experience in managing operational targets and employee performance.
• Experience in working in multicultural teams.
• A strong quality mindset or well profound knowledge of operating procedures.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Dutch language skills are an advantage but are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operational management, oversee daily outbound logistics to ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.
• Quality assurance, ensure all outbound activities comply with regulations and our quality standards.
• Team leadership and development, lead, coach, motivate our people.
• Performance monitoring, monitor key performance indicators and start improvement ideas.
• Health, Safety and Workplace standards, make sure everybody goes home healthy again.
