Job summary

Paddle group is looking for a Team Leader to head the outbound BDR team. You will coach the team, translate quarterly targets into weekly priorities, and work with Sales and Marketing to sharpen the operation. Expect hands-on leadership with ownership of results.

You should have about 5 years in a commercial role with leadership experience and a strong BDR/SDR background. Reading performance data and giving direct feedback are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a commercial role with leadership experience.
• Proven track record as a BDR/SDR or similar outbound role.
• Experience coaching others to improve performance.
• Ability to read performance data and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own team target and pipeline numbers and translate goals into weekly priorities.
• Coach team through regular 1:1s and feedback sessions.
• Review calls, sequences, and account strategies to drive results.
• Create a supportive culture with clear development paths for BDRs.
• Collaborate with AEs and Marketing on territory planning and handoffs.
• Own onboarding of new BDRs with clear expectations.
