Job summary

ElevenLabs in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Development professional to drive outbound outreach and build enterprise opportunities. You will research prospects, initiate contact via cold calls, emails and social channels, and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of outbound B2B experience, multi‑channel prospecting, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role is in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience building and qualifying lead lists in new markets.
• Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach.
• Experience scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
• Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
• Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
• Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
