Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience; proven net-new meetings.
• Experience building qualifying lead lists for new markets.
• Fluent with prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach.
• Able to scale outbound processes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and prospects in target markets.
• Conduct outbound activities: cold calls, emails, social outreach.
• Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to share feedback and trends.
• Refine outreach strategies based on feedback loops.
• Monitor KPIs like conversion rates and lead quality.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize results.
