Job summary

Wipro Technologies-Netherlands is seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Specialist to drive sales for Oracle products and services across Western Europe. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, collaborating with consulting, delivery, and marketing to craft tailored solutions for enterprise clients.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and shape offerings to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• 8+ years in IT Services & Consulting sales with multimillion-dollar enterprise deals.
• Deep knowledge of BPO, application development, cloud, and security technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for Oracle-related products and services, closing deals with large, global clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to design tailored Oracle solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding business goals and needs.
• Manage contract drafting and financial modelling in line with policies.
