Qualifications

• 8+ years IT services & consulting sales; multimillion-dollar deals.
• Deep knowledge of BPO, application development, cloud, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for Oracle products and services, including proposals, negotiations, and closures with global clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with strategic objectives in enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to design and present tailored Oracle-based solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding business goals and needs.
• Manage contract drafting and financial modelling to ensure profitable deals.
• Use design thinking and data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and positioning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape affecting Oracle and IT services.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring to foster client-centricity.
