Job summary

Dyzle BV is seeking an Operations Team Leader to coordinate and optimize our operational activities. You will manage a team of work preparers, support staff and service engineers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely execution of SLAs.

The role offers significant freedom to improve processes and grow within the organization. Dutch and English language skills are required, plus the option for partial remote work in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented and commercial attitude.
• Healthy sense of responsibility and willingness to take on variety in work.
• Willingness to live in the Netherlands and speak Dutch; English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of work preparers, support staff and service engineers.
• Ensure maintenance contracts and SLAs are executed on time; be the first point of contact for the team.
• Oversee daily management of the support department and logistics around hardware in the warehouse.
