In Amsterdam‑North, we are looking for an operations support professional to take over the 'busy work' from the core team. You will join an energetic setting where no two days are the same. Working for an international leader in electric surfboards, you will ensure that the surge in customer inquiries and tickets is handled with precision and speed.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring various aftersales communication channels.
• Assessing and prioritising the urgency of incoming tickets.
• Escalating complex issues to the correct internal departments.
• Coordinating the workflow between logistics and customer service.
• Handling international phone calls in fluent English.
• Ensuring no files or customer requests are left behind.
• Responsible for streamlining the aftersales workflow by prioritising high‑priority tickets and coordinating with the logistics team.

Who you are

You are a smart student with a technical mindset who isn't afraid to dive into a mountain of work. You are a true doer who works hard and remains organised under pressure. Fluent English is a must for this role. Do you also speak Spanish or French? That is a massive plus. You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and ensure everything is settled before the day ends.
