Job summary

Starboard Boats in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Specialist to lead our daily canal cruise operations. With 11 boats and a team dedicated to premium guest experiences, you will own the day-to-day operations and keep the service running smoothly.

You will coordinate Hosts, Skippers, and Runners, set clear expectations, ensure boats are clean, safe, stocked and guest-ready, and continuously improve workflows and guest satisfaction for our growing international operation.

• Experience in hospitality, cruises, tourism, events, or similar environment.

Tasks

As Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the daily flow of our canal cruise operations.

Your tasks include:

• Checking the planning, weather, staff levels, and daily priorities.
• Coordinating Hosts, Skippers, and Runners during your shift.
• Setting clear expectations for the team.
• Checking that every boat is clean, safe, stocked, and guest-ready.
