Job summary

AV Flexologic is a global manufacturer of high-quality flexographic equipment with a head office in Alphen aan den Rijn. The Operations Support role provides day-to-day operational support, covering order processing, inventory, customer service, and cross-functional coverage across the Operations team.

You will drive process improvements, manage business applications (ERP systems such as Odoo), and develop user documentation while liaising with IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience using ERP or business management systems (such as Odoo).
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across the business to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Assist with order processing, reporting, inventory, customer service, and other operational functions as required.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when appropriate.
• Support operational projects and business initiatives; maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Act as a key user for business applications including ERP and other systems; maintain data integrity and support users.
