Job summary

AV Flexologic B.V. is seeking an Operations Support professional to ensure efficient daily processes across order processing, reporting, inventory, and customer service. You will drive process improvements, manage ERP and other operational systems, and provide cross-functional coverage during absence.

The role emphasizes documenting procedures, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver continuous operational excellence and smooth project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration or a related field combined with relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience using ERP or business management systems (such as Odoo).
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across the business to ensure the smooth execution of daily activities.
• Assist with order processing, reporting, inventory, customer service, and other operational functions as required.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate where appropriate.
• Support operational projects and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Document, review, and update business processes and standard operating procedures.
• Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements and monitor outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations team.
• Act as a key user for business applications, including ERP and other operational systems.
• Maintain application data integrity and support users with system-related queries.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new functionality.
• Liaise with vendors and IT support to resolve application issues.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Provide cover for Operations team members during planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain sufficient cross-training to perform critical operational tasks across multiple functions.
• Ensure continuity of service and minimise disruption during staff leave.
