Qualifications
- MBO or Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 1 year of logistics or operational support experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Accurate, proactive, and strong communicator.
- Willingness to work according to shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and be the first point of contact for process issues.
- Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement improvements.
- Analyze warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and performance using Excel and WMS/ERP.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to Operations, Quality, and Customer Support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
