Perflexxion is seeking an Operator to help maintain smooth production at their Udenhout site in the Netherlands. You will ensure machines operate reliably, perform quality checks, and contribute ideas to improve processes within a two-shift system.

You should have operator experience, an interest in technology, and be reliable and proactive. Dutch or English communication is required. The role offers a family-like environment and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Operator.
• Interest in technology and willingness to grow in the field.
• Able to communicate in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean, safe and organized.
• Perform quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Lift up to 20 kg as part of physical tasks.
• Monitor production process and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve minor machine issues to keep production running.
