This role will oversee end-to-end operations spanning product regulatory registration, warehouse management, and stock control across multiple markets/warehouses, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and unified visibility into inventory and fulfillment performance across all locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRODUCT REGISTRATION & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- Manage the end-to-end product registration process (cosmetics, supplements, or applicable categories) across all operating markets.
- Coordinate with local regulatory bodies, legal counsel, and distributors to ensure timely product approvals and renewals.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system for registration status, certificates, and expiry/renewal timelines across all countries.
- Ensure product labeling, packaging, and documentation meet local regulatory requirements before market entry.
- Partner with R&D/product teams to flag compliance issues early in new product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee day-to-day operations of warehouse facilities (owned and 3PL) across all markets, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Manage receiving, put-away, order picking/packing, and shipping processes to meet SLA targets.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs: order accuracy, fulfillment speed, cost per shipment, damage/loss rates.
- Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with local labor, safety, and storage regulations (particularly for cosmetics/supplements requiring specific storage conditions).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: STOCK & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Own inventory planning, stock level optimization, and replenishment forecasting across all warehouses.
- Minimize stockouts, overstock, and expired/obsolete inventory through data-driven demand planning.
- Conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage inventory across multiple currencies/entities in coordination with finance for accurate cost accounting.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses/markets as needed to balance supply and demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MULTI-WAREHOUSE CONSOLIDATION & REPORTING
- Build and maintain a unified reporting framework consolidating inventory, fulfillment, and operational KPIs across all warehouse locations.
- Standardize processes and reporting formats across warehouses to enable apples-to-apples performance comparison.
- Deliver regular operational dashboards/reports to senior leadership (stock levels, turnover rates, fulfillment costs, registration pipeline status).
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks across the network and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support ERP/WMS system integration efforts to enable real-time, centralized visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, warehouse/logistics management, ideally in direct selling, e-commerce, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Proven experience managing multi-site/multi-country warehouse operations.
- Experience with product regulatory registration processes (cosmetics/supplements a strong plus given industry).
- Strong proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and vendor performance.
