Job summary

Farmasi is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain, including regulatory registration, warehouse operations, and stock control across markets. You will ensure compliance, optimize performance, and provide centralized visibility into inventory and fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulators, managing 3PL relationships, and driving data-driven improvements across multi-warehouse networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, warehouse/logistics management.
• Proven multi-site/multi-country warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with regulatory registration for cosmetics/supplements is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regulatory registration across markets and maintain tracking.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across owned and 3PL facilities.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, speed, costs, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate stock planning, replenishment, and audits across multiple currencies.
• Deliver unified reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
