Job summary

CommScope in the Netherlands seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment of products.

You will lead supervisors and staff, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• H5+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience.
• Experience with WMS and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure safe handling and movement of materials in compliance with regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, KPIs, and best practices.

• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow.
• Ensure on-time shipment of orders and support manufacturing needs.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and distribution operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment of CommScope products. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while leading warehouse teams to meet business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure the safe handling and movement of materials in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, KPIs, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow processes.
• Ensure on-time shipment of customer orders and support manufacturing production requirements.
• Manage transportation and logistics activities with external carriers and service providers.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and productivity gains.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as SAP), and inventory control processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, or high-volume distribution environments.
• Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations.
