Job summary

Nixon Digital Services is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to orchestrate our growing SaaS delivery, CS, and product workflows. You’ll translate strategy into actionable operating rhythms, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure profitable, predictable delivery across client programs.

You’ll own the OKR framework, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and engage directly with clients when needed to drive clarity and accountability while scaling our operations from 35 to 100 clients by 2028.

Qualifications

• Experience running the operational backbone of a team (Ops Lead, Delivery Manager, PM, etc.).
• Proven track record building or improving team operating rhythms and accountability.
• Leads with clarity and consistency without formal hierarchy.
• Obsessing over removing obstacles to empower others.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operational processes across CS, Delivery, and Product.
• Run day-to-day rhythm, unblock issues, and keep work moving.
• Engage directly with clients on complex programs and capture learnings.
• Own end-to-end customer engagements from onboarding to delivery.
• Oversee monthly financial cycle: hours approval, budgeting, invoicing.
• Ensure QBRs and key client touchpoints, attending for major accounts.
• Coordinate with Product on releases, priorities, and timelines.
• Own OKR framework and drive execution across teams.
• Monitor delivery risk and team capacity; onboard new members.
