Job summary

Grip is seeking an Operations Director to partner with the Client Lead and ensure operational health across multi-market production streams. You will translate client priorities into scalable execution, oversee planning, capacity, and KPI systems, and drive improvements that deliver high-quality, on-time results.

This role emphasizes performance architecture over execution, with ownership of forecasting, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce risk and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, delivery leadership, or production management within complex, multi-team environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Operations Manager or cross-team performance ownership role.
• Proven forecasting, planning, and KPI frameworks tied to revenue and margin.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and production stakeholders.
• Experience leading Delivery Managers or equivalent roles, including performance calibration and escalation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Operational Health Across Production Streams with visibility over utilization, profitability, timelines, and process adherence across teams and regions.
• Drive Planning, Forecasting & Capacity Control by building forecasting models and aligning production with realistic planning assumptions.
• Own KPI Systems & Performance Accountability—define, track, and evolve KPIs, detect negative trends, and implement structural fixes.
• Improve Systems, Tools & Operational Frameworks by leading tool/automation upgrades and standardizing best practices across streams.
