Job summary

Xomnia seeks a Delivery Lead Data & AI to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex client projects in the Netherlands. You will connect business, technology, and delivery, translating data and AI ambitions into measurable outcomes and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

You will lead multiple workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, and guide pre-sales efforts while creating scalable delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in delivery management, project leadership, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience leading phased delivery programs and maintaining momentum across complex project stages.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, with a strong affinity for Data & AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• An ownership mindset focused on outcomes, with clarity and structure in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
• Professional proficiency in English and full fluency in Dutch are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business and delivery side of complex Data & AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and maintain project structures, governance, ownership, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across teams, phases, and dependencies.
• Safeguard smooth transitions between delivery phases to maintain momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and expectation gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with business, sales, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Drive pre-sales activities by translating client challenges into viable approaches and proposals.
• Contribute to scalable delivery frameworks and best practices.
