INDG Grip is seeking an experienced Operations Director to partner with our Client Lead, ensuring smooth operations, on-track delivery, and scalable processes across global teams. You will translate client priorities into efficient execution, oversee planning and resource coordination, and drive performance across KPI systems.
This role emphasizes strategic governance over hands-on execution, focusing on capacity control, forecasting, and containerized workflows to sustain high-quality outcomes
Grip enables global brands to operate high-volume, multi-market content production through automation, standardized workflows, and Digital Twin technology. As enterprise complexity increases across clients, regions, and production streams, operational control becomes a structural advantage.
As an Operations Director supporting one of our key client accounts, you will work in close partnership with our Client Lead to ensure operations run smoothly, delivery stays on track, and teams have the structure and processes they need to perform effectively. You will help translate client priorities into efficient execution, improve operational processes, oversee planning and resource coordination, resolve delivery challenges, and implement scalable ways of working that enable consistent, high-quality results.
This is not an execution-heavy coordination role. It is a performance architecture and accountability role.
You are a systems thinker who sees patterns before others see problems. You combine operational rigor with calm authority. You are comfortable stepping into ambiguity and leaving it structured.
Global brands are restructuring how they produce and localize content across markets. Grip provides the operational and technological backbone that enables high-volume, variant-rich content production with consistency and control. The operational models we build now define how far and how fast we scale.
This role influences how delivery scales globally. The frameworks you design will shape how Grip executes for years. You are not maintaining operations - you are defining the next version of it.
You operate directly with vertical leadership and influence how revenue, capacity, and production intersect. This is proximity to decision-making, not distance from it.
