Job summary

Talon Outdoor Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Client Lead Manager to bridge clients with internal teams and drive new business in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond.

You will acquire new clients, manage relationships, and advise on effective OOH strategies, leading projects end-to-end to deliver on time and exceed expectations. This role is based in the Netherlands and offers a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in out-of-home (OOH) media is a plus.
• Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Advise clients on optimal OOH strategies.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery and ensure campaigns run on time.
• Collaborate with teams in NL, Belgium and London.
