In this versatile role, you will work at the intersection of administration, data, and customer contact for a major player in the energy sector. Half of your time will be spent on data mutations and improving data quality; the other half will involve direct contact with customers across the Netherlands. What will you be doing?

Data and systems

• Performing data mutations in systems such as SAP ISU, SAP Matrix, SAP CRM/C4, and IIO
• Checking, analyzing, and correcting data
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate data processing

Customer contact

• Handling customer contact via phone and written communication throughout the Netherlands
• Verifying and correcting missing or unclear customer information
• Creating customer profiles based on a script

Processes and work instructions

• Working according to existing procedures and contributing to keeping them up-to-date
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex issues
