Qualifications

• Strong desktop knowledge with Windows 11 and modern devices.
• Ability to configure laptops including BIOS and OS (Windows, Ubuntu).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and device setup for iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware management and asset support (servers, switches, printers, tablets).
• Handle 2nd level hardware support via ServiceNow tickets.
• Participate in incident management and contribute to improvements.
• Act as local project coordinator for hardware rollouts and cross-location support.
