Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on end-user support through the Tech Bar and onsite services. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform health checks, deploy laptops, and train users to maximize IT service adoption.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding end-user experiences in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Desktop Support or EUC roles.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
• Familiar with antivirus tools and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of hardware and peripherals.
• IT service management processes and ticketing.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service.
• Ability to work onsite independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices.
• Image, configure, and upgrade laptops; deploy new devices.
• Provide end-user training and promote IT services; run awareness sessions.
• Deliver high-quality walk-up support at the Tech Bar; document resolutions and outcomes.
