Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to join our Netherlands-based team in Rilland, Zeeland. You will monitor inventory control at partner fulfillment centers, act as the sole ShipBob onsite representative, and collaborate with leaders to resolve merchant concerns while ensuring high quality operations.

You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform location checks, and respond to merchant requests within tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues.
• Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances.
• Determine root cause of adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Perform audits or other actions requested by merchants.
• Respond to merchant-facing requests within 2-hour SLA.
