Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory and support partner fulfillment centers in the Netherlands. You will be the sole ShipBob representative onsite, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and drive scalable operations.

Location is onsite in Waddinxveen, NL, with responsibilities including cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and collaboration in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant variances to onsite leadership.
• Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Carry out audits and respond to merchant requests related to inventory issues.
• Provide timely updates and operational information to the OSS Area Manager.
