Job summary

ShipBob is hiring an Operations Support Manager in the Netherlands (RTM-2, De Poort 85, Rilland) to lead and support partner fulfillment centers. You will develop startup functions, manage training, and enable 3PL partners to perform to ShipBob standards, with travel between sites as needed.

You will coach 3PLs, configure dashboards, and ensure KPI/ SLA attainment while collaborating with internal teams to optimize ship-from-fulfillment operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment experience.
• Experience managing new teams and setting them up for success.
• Advanced understanding of outbound or inbound fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob scorecard metrics.
• Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders based on dashboard configuration.
• Provide ongoing training materials and support ShipBob dashboard usage.
• Support onboarding at ShipBob as a 3PL partner site and assist with issues.
• Drive KPI and SLA attainment with 3PL partners and merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources across locations.
